We developed a modular HTML email library for Oracle to standardize and streamline email creation. Built with responsive, accessible code, it ensures cross-client compatibility and design flexibility. Non-technical users can customize layouts without coding, maintaining efficiency and brand consistency. Emails were rigorously tested in Litmus to ensure optimal performance across platforms and devices.
This time, Lorem Ipsum wasn’t just filling mockups—it also helped define real content limits in the modules, proving its worth beyond placeholder text.

We structured the project using lo-fi wireframing, allowing us to map out layouts and functionality before coding. This method ensured clarity, consistency, and adaptability across different email types. To maintain efficiency and scalability, we approached the project phase by phase, developing 10 modules per phase.
Phase 2
Email Design
For the first set, we focused on leadership messages and company-wide announcements, ensuring key communications were both engaging and accessible. While this phase prioritized executive updates, we also incorporated essential formats like event invitations, HR notices, and welcoming new employees—creating a solid foundation for future expansions.
