Phase 1
ART DIRECTION
Polished looks like a pitch. We went the other way.
Torn paper, tape, handwriting, archival photography cut and layered like a reporter's desk. Rough on purpose. Every frame had to feel found, not produced, because this audience has seen enough glossy promises.

Phase 2
THE RESEARCH AND COPYWRITING
Detective hat on.
Before anything moved, we traced every claim back to its source. Numbers, names, dates, all verified. If it couldn't be proven, it didn't make the cut. The script carries the credibility. The motion just delivers it.

Phase 3
THE STORYBOARDS
Four episodes, one arc: from building to people to proof.
Episode one opens the Greenwood Cyber and AI Lab with real numbers on screen instead of adjectives. Episode two moves from buildings to people, connecting students and nine universities into one ecosystem. Episode three takes it outside to Skyway Range, where drones get tested and flown for real. Episode four lands the milestone: Tulsa clears its first drone for secure federal use. Each episode stands alone. Together they show a city building something real.

Phase 4
THE ANIMATION DETAILS
Handmade on screen means handmade behind it.
We cut, tape, and arrange every collage piece by piece, then bring it to life with paper physics, hand-drawn arrows, and stop-motion timing. No templates. Delivered square and vertical, built so new episodes drop in as fast as Tulsa hits new milestones.

Phase 5
THE HIGHLIGHTS
Not every frame earns a spot. These did.
Across four episodes, some moments simply hit harder than others. We pulled the strongest beats, transitions, reveals, and moments where paper and motion click, then cut them into one reel. The best of the series, without the waiting.
