Phase 1
Concepting
Find the feeling before the frames.
Copy and concepting first, then storyboards, then a range of branded styleframes for the client to choose from. The brief underneath it all: make a financial product feel like a companion to daily life, not a tool for managing it.

Phase 2
Rough Animation
Motion before polish.
Each batch came to life as rough animation first, loops running endlessly, testing timing and personality before a single style decision locked in. Get the movement honest, and the styling has something true to dress.

Phase 3
Animating
Testing what clicks is part of the craft.
We built alt versions of several loops and watched which ones sparked. Some connected harder than others, and that read shaped the final set: eleven hand-drawn loops, every one a glimpse of effortless living.
