Phase 1
Concepting
We kicked things off with copy and concepting, then jumped into storyboarding. The goal was to find eleven distinct moments that felt specific enough to be recognizable but universal enough to resonate broadly. From there, we delivered a range of branded styleframes for the client to choose from.

Phase 2
Rough Animation
Each batch was first brought to life through rough animation, looping endlessly, waiting to be styled in the next phase. This stage was about rhythm and timing. Getting the feel right before committing to the finish.

Phase 3
Animating
We created alt versions for a few loops, because testing what clicks is part of the magic. Some sparked more interest than others, giving us a better read on what actually connects. The final set was shaped as much by performance instinct as by craft.
