Phase 1
Concept Design
The concept came before the tool. A beach-bound family, elevated by Aspire® Mastercard®. We locked the narrative direction first so the AI was generating toward something specific, not just generating.

Phase 2
AI-Assisted Storyboarding
Directing AI is a different skill than prompting it. Each scene was generated with intention, then edited, sequenced, and shaped into a story arc. The volume of output was the point. More options meant sharper decisions.


Phase 3
Dimensional Motion
Flat images became environments. Using Adobe Firefly for depth extraction, we rebuilt each frame in planes and introduced parallax motion with cinematic focus. The goal was to make something generated feel inhabited.

Phase 4
Character Rigging
The last problem was life. Still frames with no movement read as illustration, not story. Through rigging and puppeting, we gave the characters expression and rhythm. The campaign stopped feeling like an experiment and started feeling like a film.
